For those who don’t know, Railgun is a spinoff of Toaru Majutsu no Index, which set in a world of magic and superhuman powers.
Railgun focuses on the “scientific” side with Mikoto Misaka, a powerful electromaster in Academy City, as the protagonist, in which she fights off crazy people (and enjoying her everyday high school life) together with her friends and love interest.
Movie distribution company Toho announced Tuesday that the Doraemon movie series has became the most watched in Japanese movie history.
Since the release of Doraemon: Nobita’s Dinosaur in 1980 to this year’s Doraemon: Nobita’s Secret Gadget Museum (teaser above), the Doraemon movie series (34 in total) has now attracted over 100 million viewers, toppling the previous record set by Godzilla which sold 99 million tickets in 28 movies.

Promotion video for Japanese anime series Hayate the Combat Butler! Cutie, coming soon in April 2013.
Instead of following a story arc in the manga, the anime features stories of Hayate with one of the cuties in each episode.
It’s not a direct sequel to the two previous instalments.
